PLACE & TIME:
The AGA Albuquerque Chapter Executive Committee held a regular board meeting on April 4, 2017, 5:30 p.m., via phone conference.
1. CALL TO ORDER; ESTABLISH QUORUM
President Matt Bone called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. More than four members of the Chapter Executive Committee (CEC) were present and a quorum was established.
2. REVIEW/APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
The minutes from the March 7, 2017 meeting were approved.
3. TREASURER’S REPORT
Victor will email the bank reconciliation later this week.
4. CHAPTER BUSINESS
Discussion regarding the following:
Q3 CRP is due on 3/31- Matt submitted, award nominations were submitted by Bryan.
Bylaw change accepted and Krista will be president next year
5. EDUCATION CHAIR REPORT
Matt requested that CEC members respond to Heather regarding how they plan to assist at the PDT.
Marla noted that there was an issue with a deposit that needs to be submitted to the hotel for the PDT.
We currently have 80 registered for the PDT.

Follow up on Member Appreciation event: Jennifer reported that the fountain is currently being pulled out of Civic plaza and the project isn’t expected to be completed until sometime in June. Christopher will be looking for another venue for this event.
9. WEBMASTER CHAIR
Heather had a call with National about the migration of our website. We will wait until after the PDT to make the changes since we have members currently going to the website to register for the PDT do not want to disrupt registration.
12. NEXT CEC MEETING
The next CEC meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the RPC CPAs and Consultants, LLP Offices, 2424 Lousiana, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
